Every child's journey with Orva is different. What they share is this: the right decision, made with confidence.

Laura · University of Toronto
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · UK vs Canada decision
Law · University of Toronto
UK vs Canada decision
Two offers. Two countries. No clear answer. Laura’s family knew she wanted to study law — but law is a particularly route-dependent degree. The country you study in shapes the career you can build. UK-qualified or Canadian-qualified are not the same path. While still at school, Orva helped the family understand the difference and recommended she attend a summer school at the University of Toronto to experience the environment firsthand. She loved the city, the campus, the culture, and where it could take her. By the time applications came, the decision had already been made. She is now in her third year — and she has never looked back.

Alex · University of Amsterdam
Dubai, UAE · Acceptance rate below 10%
Business Management · University of Amsterdam
Acceptance rate below 10%
Grades weren’t enough. They rarely are. Alex had his sights set on one of Europe’s most competitive business programmes — the University of Amsterdam, acceptance rate below 10%. His grades were strong, but Orva identified early that grades alone would not get him there. We guided him to launch a real entrepreneurial project while still in school — a genuine business with a genuine outcome, and the centrepiece of an application that stood apart. He was accepted.

Rana · University of Manchester
Dubai, UAE · Nord Anglia School
Medicine · University of Manchester
Nord Anglia School
The grade she needed. The degree she deserved. Rana’s goal was medicine at Manchester. The barrier was a single grade — an A in Chemistry she hadn’t yet achieved. Orva identified the right academic support, she got the grade, and the offer followed. We also uncovered a scholarship pathway that significantly reduced the cost of her degree — one her family hadn’t known existed. She is now studying exactly what she was always meant to study.

Muhammad · St George’s University
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · Redirected after a difficult first year
Veterinary Medicine · St George’s University
Redirected after a difficult first year
His dream felt out of reach. It wasn’t. Muhammad came to Orva after a foundation year in the UK that hadn’t gone as planned. Veterinary medicine felt like a door that had closed. Orva mapped a new route — one that was genuinely achievable and built around something that mattered deeply to his family: a long-term plan to qualify as a vet and open a clinic connected to their US business interests. He is now on track to do exactly that. Sometimes the longer road leads somewhere better.

“We are ambitious for every child we advise. But what drives us is simple: we want them to thrive — at the world's best universities, and in the life that follows.”
